- Service: The service provided by SpendlyAI.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SpendlyAI and its licensors.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, manage access to maintain the integrity of the platform, and request the removal of content that violates our terms.
App Store & Google Play
If you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are handled directly by them according to their refund policies. SpendlyAI cannot process these refunds directly.
For any direct purchases (if applicable), we reserve the right to evaluate each case and make a final decision on the refund.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice.
We may maintain ownership of any feedback, ideas, improvements, or suggestions ("Suggestions") you provide to us regarding SpendlyAI.
No Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and without warranty of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
SpendlyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SpendlyAI and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the judges and courts of the city of Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia, explicitly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.

App Store y Google Play
Si te suscribiste a través de Apple App Store o Google Play Store, los reembolsos son gestionados directamente por ellos según sus políticas. SpendlyAI no puede procesar estos reembolsos directamente.
Para cualquier compra directa (si aplica), nos reservamos el derecho de evaluar cada caso y tomar una decisión final sobre el reembolso.
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar, suspender o discontinuar, temporal o permanentemente, el Servicio con o sin previo aviso.
Cualquier comentario, idea, mejora o sugerencia (“Sugerencias”) que nos proporcione sobre SpendlyAI permanecerá como nuestra propiedad exclusiva.
Sin Garantías
El Servicio se proporciona “TAL CUAL” y “SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD”, con todas sus fallas y sin garantía de ningún tipo.
Limitación de Responsabilidad
SpendlyAI no será responsable ante usted o cualquier tercero por cualquier daño indirecto, consecuente, ejemplar, incidental, especial o punitivo que surja de su uso del Servicio.
Indemnización
Usted acepta defender, indemnizar y mantener indemne a SpendlyAI y sus licenciantes y licenciatarios, y sus empleados, contratistas, agentes, funcionarios y directores.
Estos Términos se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes de Colombia.
Cualquier disputa que surja de estos Términos será sometida a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los jueces y tribunales de la ciudad de Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia, renunciando explícitamente a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponder.
