1. Definitions
"Application" refers to SpendlyAI, the mobile application. "Service" refers to the Application and all related features. "User" refers to any individual who downloads, installs, or uses the Application. "Premium Subscription" refers to the paid tier that unlocks additional features.
2. License & Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SpendlyAI for personal, non-commercial financial management purposes. All intellectual property rights in the Application are owned by SpendlyAI.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account credentials, use the Application only for lawful purposes, not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Application, and not use the Application to store illegal or harmful content.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
SpendlyAI offers both free and premium tiers. Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by the respective app store. SpendlyAI does not process payments directly.
5. Data & Privacy
Your use of SpendlyAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Financial data is stored locally and, for Premium users with Cloud Sync enabled, on our secure cloud infrastructure.
6. Disclaimer
SpendlyAI is a financial tracking and management tool. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or tax guidance. AI-generated analysis is for informational purposes only. The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpendlyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia.
